About Me

My style is collaborative, person centered and warm. I am empathetic, interactive, and curious about you, with a focus on reducing your symptoms and fostering meaningful change in your life. While I practice as a generalist in psychiatry, meaning I work with people who have a range of different diagnoses, ages, and needs, I tend to work best with people with anxiety and mood disorders, adjustment difficulties, life transitions, and family and relationship problems. I also have extensive experience in treating patients, families and medical professionals who have been coping with chronic trauma and stress, fatigue, anxiety, depression, pain or other symptoms associated with medical illness, disability or caregiving.

I focus on helping individuals live in alignment with their values by increasing self-awareness and understanding of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. We'll explore your life, learn new coping strategies, and make meaningful changes to improve areas that feel stuck. I'll help you recognize your strengths and resilience, focusing on enhancing your quality of life.
